C310a making loud clicking sounds, brand new

I've just unpacked my new C310a and set up, and all during setup and during the test prints, there's a loud clicking sound that sounds like it's coming from the back left. It's not the duplexer, as it continues making sound even when I take that off. It's a little concerning given that I've only just got the printer.

 

Any idea on what the sound is, and how to stop it?

To help, I've recorded a short video on my phone, where you can hear the clicking sound:

It doesn't make the clicking while printing (and there doesn't seem to be an issue with the actual printing itself). It's just in between prints, and during the setup, when the printer does it's maintenance/cleaning/returning the print heads thing (I assume that's what it's doing).
