C4580 will not continue Install aft Restart

Installation proceeds to Restart, and after the Restart, it goes back to the beginning of the Installation process.  I have Windows XP and also have C7280 driver successfully installed.  I have turned of my Firewall and my Virus protection, but still can't get out of the cycle of starting back at the beginning of Install after Restart.   Thanks for your help.  Jrsport
