C5180 Printer.....How to print in ONE color

I am trying to print in light pink or lt blue only.  I have 3 full pink and 3 full blue hp ink cartridges I want to use up.  I don't mind if everything I print  is pink or blue....

 

How can i default my printer to use only pink or blue ink until I use up my extra ink?
