C5180 all-in-one keeps restarting/initializing

Printer keeps turning off every ten seconds, also tried a second power module which was no help. Running XP, made no changes anywhere before issue occurred. Any thoughts?

If you are using a power strip/surge supressor, try plugging it directly into a power outlet.

 

Do a power reset on the printer as well, while turned on, unplug the power, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.

No change when plugged into direct power. Printer won't shutoff, it tries to start then the orange "exclamation point" light goes on for a brief second then starts up again over and over...
