C7280 All in one is Possessed

My C7280 All in One printer begins flashing from all buttons upon starting.  The error messages are random and change virtually everytime since there is no consistency when the error message or flashing will occur.  After approximately 30 restarts the system will come on line and allow me to print one or two pages then the flashing begins.

B451EA06

 

The printer is currently completely locked up.  The system is flashing - but even touching the power button does nothing.

 

Is there an HP Exorcist available?
