C7280

Since loading Windows 7 update, I am unable to use my C7280. The system tells me it is ready, but when I test print or send a print it shows items in a queue but no actual print. I have removed the software re loaded, down loaded all available items as per earlier posts, still with no posative results. You have a great printer but so far lousy driver help for W 7, please help.

When you go to Start, Printers and right-click the printer does it give you a choice for "Use Printer Online"?

Did you install the Windows 7 Driver (Version 13.1) after your upgrade to windows 7.

I have downloaded version 13.1 and still no printing , and I have not got any ability to use printer on line.

How is this printer installed USB or Network?

 

Was it working fine before your win7 install?

It is via USB and it worked fime before installing Win 7 32 bit.
