Can't install Color Laserjet cm1312nfi on Windows Server 2003 64-bit

I have a Color Laserjet cm1312nfi printer.  I am trying to install it on Windows Server 2003 64-bit. I was careful to download the correct file for my operating system: CM1312-net-express-install-win64-AM-EMEA1.exe.  It will unzip to the C drive, but when I run the file, the installer stops with an error:

The Operating System on this computer is not supported.  The installation cannot continue until this is resolved.

Current OS: Windows Server 2003 64 bit

Supported: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP 64 bit, Windows Server 2003, Vista, Vista 64 bit.

I downloaded the file from this page:

You can clearly see that it says it is for Windows Server 2003 64 bit!  There is no other file available for my operating system!  Why won't this file install on my computer?

Come on...no one has any ideas for me? Please? =(

It doesn't say 2003 64 bit.  It says Vista 64 bit or XP 64 bit.  You may be able to install printer using universal HP driver.  Have you tried?

the cd stops after a few seconds and says it is missing components
