Printer control does not allow me to cancel one print job which is making it not possible to print remaining jobs. How do I force the cancellation of this print job?

Hi,
From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document has been removed.

THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING SO QUICKLY. I was able to get to System32 and when I went to spool...... it only listed spoolss.dll or spoolsv and would not allow me to add it to the thread and requested that i choose a program to open it. ?????

Hi,
You may have gone too far down the list - you should see a folder called spool quite near the beginning of the list of files when you open System32.
