As I suspected, I affraid the HP Director does not support scanning to Microsoft Outlook but to Apple Mail only.

Hi Shlomi

 

I am so sorry to bother you again, but I have lost the wireless printing facility on the HP!   It is working finr on the USB.  i have been through the EWS browser and checked everything - all good, but when i go to the HP setup assistant it just doesn't see the printer when I click on the network button to configure wirelessley..

 

any ideas please?
