Hi
I have a "funny" problem. My daughter has played with my Photosmart Premium C309g-m printer and has somehow manage to change the language to Chinese.
I know that to change the language back I have to go to Set-up -> preferences and the Set Language.
However after pressing Setup the menuheadlines are in......Chinese
That makes it a bit difficult to choose preferences and set language.
Can anyone help me?
Which number from the top is "preferences" in the setup menu and which number from the top is "Set Language" in the preferences menu?
Thanking in advance
Carsten

Hey, I just encountered this problem. Here's how to fix it:
1. get to home screen
2. press right arrow
3. press setup (you can see b/c of the wrench)
4. press third from top (preferences)
5. press top (set language)
6. scroll up and down to find english (or whichever language you prefer--anything but CHINESE)!!
good luck. I actually figured this out by watching a youtube video going stepwise through all of the touchscreens...

Btw the documents first solution to the problem: "Remove the protective decal from the control panel display" was hillarious....
