I just bought a hp officejet pro 8600 N911A at best buy.  The salesperson told me that it was a wireless printer and that it could fax without being hooked up to a phone jack.  I am not the best with technology so I am looking for some help.....I have looked through the manual and the help guide cant find anything about setting the fax feature of this printer up without using a phone jack and have it fax wirelessly.  Any suggestions????

Hi,

 

 OJ 8600 doesn't have efax facility. You need the phone line to fax it. 

 

There is other model which supports efax. check it out here.
