D110 printer custom page size

I have a HPE-400y PC running Windows and Office 2010.  I have a document in Word that has a custom page size of 5.5"x8.5".  This will not print on a 5.5x8.5 paper.  In Word when I select print preview, the D110 shows as the print, the page size comes up as 8.5x11.  If I click the page and go to "more Paper Sizes, and set the page size to 5.5x8.5, the box shows Custom page size 5.5" x 8.5" with an ' ! ' in the box.  When I click on print, it prints it centered in the middle of an 8.5x11.0 page.

So I displayed the properties of the D110 and it saw that the driver was list as Micorsoft.  So I download the full feature driver from HP's site.  This made no difference.

If I go into Word and open the document, and select printer preview and select printer Microsoft XPS Document Writer, the page size shows as statement 5.5 x 8.5.  If I then select the D110, it shows the page size as letter 8.5" x 11".

So how can I print 5.5 x 8.5 size pages in the D110

HP Chat resolved my problem.  We opened the print properties, then selected the features tab.  You click on Size and in the drop down menu, click on custom...    It then opens a custom page size window.   In the name field enter the name you want the custom size to be called.  Change the width and length to what you want and then click SAVE and then OK.

I then went into Word and the name I created in the custom page was there.  And it printed correctly.

I have a similar problem with M601.  I followed the steps in this and was able to create a custom paper size in printing preferences.  I was able to select the custom paper in Word but when I send the job, the printer runs the custom paper through the printer but nothing shows up on either side of the paper.  Ugh....Help???
