Hi English-Japanes,
If your OS is set to english then the printer driver screens should also be in english. If this is not the case it sounds like an issue with the operating system, and you will need to contact Microsoft about the issue were not all the screens are appearing in english when it is set that way.

Found the solution.
This is going to help you in the future plus a question.
I am in Japan and I have bought a PC Japanese OS. I knew that
Region and Language->Keyboard and Languages, you need to show the Display Language as English. This was already done.
However the download from HP was still coming up in Japanese. Under the same Region and Languages, I looed at Administraive tab. I was worried about changing anything as I don't want any problem with Japanese programs. Apart from my wife being Japanese, you do get local things like programs.
So what I did was change the System Locale to English. The HP was still in Japanese, of course. Then I clicked "AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141" and it was in English. I uninstalled everything and installed a fresh English copy.
Great, however some Japanese programs failed. So I had to change it back to Japanese. Still HP is in English.
I looked at UPDATES through HP, and it search and came up probably a change to Japanese (in Japanese).
Question. I need to know that if there is an update, how can I control it? Is there a way to cancel updates? I know when there is an update, I should change the system locale to English and then look up updates so it is in English. I just need to know where I can "swicth off" updates.
Thank you.
