I had a PSC1210v. Tried to replace it with an F2210, but when I try to install the software, I get a Fatal Error 1714 and something about an MSI.scan. I've been to the support page which recommended a patch for the error message. However, when I get to the software & driver page, there's no patch.
I've been round and round with support over this issue. They keep telling me to remove the 1210v software, but there's none on my computer that I can find. It's got to the point where support gave up.
Now I'm stuck with no printer and two boat anchors. I can't afford to get real support. What should I do?
