Fatal Error when downloading printer

i followed the directions to a tee that pcwizard gave in regards to "photosmart plus b209a-m driver install-Windows 7 64-bit" but i still continue to get a fatal error resulting in me unable to access my HP Solution Center. The process of uninstalling and reinstalling is time consuming to only have it fail. please help before I toss this thing in the garbage!
