Fax set up for the CM1415fnw

Just bought this machine yesterday and I don't  know how to set up the fax over VOIP network and I tried several times, it failed.

Also don't know why the printout of an image through Photoshop shrinked to 1/4 size located on the upper left corner and not in full size while the others were normal if not printed through Photoshop

Hello jettafc

 

You can find information about faxing with VoIP at the article below. As for the second part is it only photoshop that shrinks the size of the image? Paint is normal? If so I would suggest contacting Adobe about it there may be a setting that needs adjusting.
