Thanks for the link to the program's latest update.  I went through the whole instruction but the result was the same.  I can send and receive faxes from the printer but not from Solution Center.  The only variance was that I couldn't find an L4uninstall.exe (only a L4uninstall.bat) so instead used the long procedure, Control Panel/Add or Remove/ to remove all the HP elements one by one.  I appreciate all thehelp you've given me. = Milton Bellis

Hi Milton,

 

The uninstall_L4.bat was the correct file. You may want to re-run my steps using the uninstall_L4 to see if you get the same out come. Let me know how it goes?
