HP 636 Photoprinter ( Wrong region selected - How do I get rid of French and get English?)

When I was setting up my new photoprinter, I didn't see a UK setting so I selected Europe. I now find that all the instructions are in French. How can I reset it please?

 

I phoned the Warrington Helpdesk but was but on hold for ages so rang off. It didn't sound like Warrington either, nore like Mumbai.
