What error message are you getting?

I don't get an error message.
When I try to execute the downloaded printer driver file - it starts - and then it says 'the process has stopped or failed' and asks if I want to search for a solution on the internet. When I click 'yes' the window dissapears and never comes back. There is nothing on my screen.
none of the other diagnostics seem to do any good either.
At one point I thought I had it loaded and set up (using the file in the computer's memory) - it even gave me a message on the desktop once that the 'printer was correctly set up', however I was not able to print.
So, if you have any suggestions, that would be great.

Hi Mishael,
It sounds like an issue with the operating system on the computer. Take this download file, and try installing the printer on a different computer. Let me know what you find out?
