HP C4820 Scanner Failure

Hi, I purchase the HP C4820 Photosmart scanner/printer a while a go, but recently tried to use the scanner, however when I do I get the following message "An Error Occurred whilst saving to the chosen file location" What can i do to fix this

Hi

 

Thank you for the link to the system diognostic tool, I have run this software three times now (downloading the latest copy every time, I still get the error message when the scan has finished stating "an error occurred saving images to the chosen file location".

 

If I did a re-install of the software would this work?
