HP C5280 firmware replace...

Hi i have an HP C5280 from japan.. im now here in the philippines and i experience a problem in printer ink cartridge... the previous cartridge of this printer are numbered 120 121 but the availabe cartridge for this model here in the philippines is 74-75 . so i bought both black and colored.. when i install it in my printer my software said that the cartridges are not compatible... i try to reset my printer changing it's country to all country listed but i kepp on experiencing that problem... maybe you can help me in changing my firmware or any help will be gladly appreciated.. please help me with this problem.

Hi,
In order to accept the local region ink cartridges, the printer have to be reset for the specific zone.
In order to do so you need to contact HP Support, as you may find listed below:
As the printer no longer entitled for a free technical support, you do entitled to get free phone support for the specific purpose as the HP ink cartridges are under warranty. Make sure you have both the 74 and 75 Genuine HP ink cartridges before contacting HP support, otherwise you will not be provided with the free phone support.

hi... ive reseted my printer to all zones available/listed on my printer... but non of these works...
i temporarily unlock my printer everytime i power it on.... that's the only thing that worked..

Hi,
Resetting the printer to a different zone is not an action you may done by your self via the front panel.
It can only be done by a support agent using internal HP's systems.

HI.. thanks for your help... it cost me a lot to buy this printer and those two cartridges.... and it will also cost me a lot just to get a service from hp... we dont have a landline here and i dont have that ammount of money to load my mobile just to call hp for that particular fixes..... so if here is an alternative way to fix my printer please send it to me or give me the link of that procedure on how to fix this problem.... if you are asking for my products serial numbers here it is HP ink cartridges 74(SN: OKA1395832) AND 75(SN: OJB0764735) i am 101% sure that these products are original. Here is the pictures of my producs... Please help me.... i appreciate whatever help you can do for me... just post usable links please... heres my email address {Personal Information Removed} thanks in advance and i promise to keep all information from you in private.i will delete it right after i fix my printer.
