Hi 3absiso,
Need to click on the advanced button to make changes to the print quality.
*Say thanks by clicking the "Kudos! Star" which is on the left*
*Make it easier for other people to find solutions, by marking my answer with "Accept as Solution" if it solves your issue.*

Hi 3absiso,
When you are printing in draft mode the printer will print faster than when you are in normal mode. Do you notice a change in print speed when you have draft selected?

Hi 3absiso,
What type paper media are you printing on?
Are you printing photos on photo paper?

Hi 3absiso,
The print quality options are not turned off. There is not a hugh difference in speed between draft and normal. May not be able to tell the difference. If you select Best you should see that the print quality settings are in fact turned on. Let me know what you find out?
