HP Imaging software won't uninstall

Somewhere in the HP imaging software, I have corrupted a file. I am trying to uninstall all of this software and then reinstall it. If I try to uninstall the software using the Windows 7 uninstaller, it tells me that it can't do it until it finishes uninstalling the "current program". If I try to use the HP uninstaller, it goes through all of the motions including restart, bit nothing has changed. What else can I do? LBC

Download and install Revo uninstaller from the link below.

http://www.revouninstaller.com/download-freeware-version.php

Run the program, right click on the icon of the software you want to remove and select uninstall.  During the process you may be asked to delete registry entries, just select all and click delete.  Do the same for left over files and folders.  Repeat for any other software you want to remove.  Reboot the computer.

I downloaded and installed Revo Uninstaller. The programs which I want to uninstall from my computer do not show up in the Revo Uninstaller window that shows the programs on my computer. (Sorry about the runon sentence.) How do I get them to show up? Do I use one of the other features to cleanup the leftovers? I wasn't quite able to figureout how to do this.

Hi,

I would try re-installing the software, it probably won't work, but should register with Revo and give it something to uninstall.  When you start Revo, choose the Advanced cleaning option when asked, before proceeding.  Remember when you are asked to delete registry entries, select all and click delete.  Do the same for left over files and folders.
