HP J6480 Printer will not connect to PC during installation.

During installation PC cannot connect to printer (wireless).
OJ6480 printer, Windows 7 home premium 64bit.
Installation detects printer but stops at 50% in final step.

Says "waiting for printer setup to finish."
Have tried both basic driver and full software install.

Tried install from Add printer in Devices and Printers and with Add New Device icon on desktop.

Tried turning off Norton Virus Scan and MS firewall off.


 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
