Thanks, you're right!  My printer works now.  I thought I had to load the disk into my computer because I hadn't done that yet.  Anyway, It's printed and scanned so everything's good :smileyhappy:.

I have the typically the same problem and i have downloaded the driver fro windows7 64 bit but while installing the driver a message appear and stop installing. The message is " the printer software installer has stopped working, a problem caused the program to not work probably". That's all i closed this window and i have try it many times and download the driver many times and always same problem. so please could you tell me how to fix this problem. its better to reply through the e-mail.
