I bought this printer last year to use for work purposes. Right off the bat the machine had problems starting up and printing. Those problems have been evident throughout the last year and now they have reached critical. To the point that i cannot even print a quarter of a page with the ink cartridge stalling. When trying to fix this the printer freaks out and refuses to print. None of the maintenance programs want to work for me. This has been the worst investment I have ever made, I shouldn't have to buy a warranty for a hp product mainly because i expected them to be better quality. I would like to talk to a representative otherwise I will buy a new printer that is not hp and will throw this printer in the trash where it belongs.
