HP OfficeJet 4315v All in One I CANT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE TO USE THE PRINTER!

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS 2000, XP HP SOFTWARE, AND I KEEP GETTING THIS CRAZY MESSAGE:

 

 "...system does not meet one or more minimum requirements...cannot install using "run as" command....need user with administrative privileges...."

 

 

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS, IS ANY ONE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM?

Try downloading and installing the basic drivers using the link below and see if it works.
