HP Officejet 4622 Printer on Windows Vista 32 bit computer

I need to figure out how to change my settings from Windows Vista 64 bit to Windows Vista 32 bit. I accidentally entered my computer as a 64 bit when it is actually 32 bit. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

What do you mean by "I accidentally entered my computer as a 64bit"? Did you install the wrong driver? Just trying to clarify what happened.

I can't remember but I know there was a place in the installation process where the software asked if my computer was 64 bit or 32 bit and I accidentally entered 64 bit. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it but I still don't see that same question again.

Other than this do you have any problems using the printer? If all is working I wouldn't worry about it. Are you installing from the CD or did you download the driver?

Well, I'm having issues getting eprint to work, and I thought it was because I selected 64 bit verses 32 bit

Unfortunately the Officejet 4622 is not an eprinter. This might explain your problems. Some none-eprint printer can still be printed to locally if you install the HP Home & Biz app on your mobile device such as a tablet or cell phone. Ok thanks, but why are the options there if I can't use them. Am I better off taking it back for a higher model that works?
