HP Officejet 5610xi All-in-One won't install-original software lost.

Trying to install HP Printer onto new compyter with Windows Vista.  Original Software disks are lost, not computer savy at all.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

 

We downloaded the software from HP website, it has been stuck in the installation process at 0% installed all night.  The computer does not recognise the USB that is plugged from the printer to the tower, and I am now at a loss of what to do.

Full software & driver for vista 32 can be downloaded here:
