I can sent faxes, but can't receive them.  I don't have it hooked up to a computer. I'm using the phone only.  I have an answering machine hooked up. I've gone over and over the instructions, but it looks like I've got it hooked up right. Can anyone help.

Now if you think the connection is right.

Try to check for any phone services like "voicemail, callwaiting and etc.. this may affect the receiving function of the fax machine...

Make sure that the ring to answer for the fax is higher than the TAM... its better if the fax is set to 6 rings and for the TAM is 4 rings..

Please provide the answer for the following question:

Are you using one phone number for youre fax and voice call?

Iam using the same number for fax and  phone. I had a different all in one before and it worked fine.
