HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One Printer - A909b - cant install cd prior to connecting printer to laptop.

 

Laptop has vista, error

Activationcontext generation failed for "E:\Setup\hpzwup01.exe".Error inmanifest or policy file "E:\Setup\hpzwup01.exe" on line 0. InvalidXml syntax.

Crashes out.

Is there a fix ?
