Hello! I have an assignment I need printed in a few days, but my printer is not working!
It is an HP PSC 1210, and it constantly has the Check Print Cartridge light flashing. I just had them refilled earlier today, but the contacts are clean and they are installed correctly. Also, no matter what I try or how many times I reset and turn off and on the printer, it says the printer is offline. I've run the HP Diagnostic software and it finds nothing wrong.
Also, not sure if this is helpful, but my computer thinks the printer is a 1200 instead of a 1210. I tried to find drivers for the 1210 but the HP website does not have them available... it just says the computer should already have them. My OS is Windows 7.
I don't know what to do! Help!

The driver covers the PSC 1200 series, the PSC 1210 is covered by this. It would appear one (or both) of your cartridges have failed. The printer will appear offline while it is in a state that does not allow printing. If cleaning the cartridge contacts does not correct the issue you will need fresh cartridges.
