Hi,
I purchased the product at a local Wal-Mart. When I brought it home, I connected the machine to the surge protector and started the initial setup process. It went along normal as I expected and tested an alignment page and then it had me scan the page. All was well. I liked the interface when I connected it to my wireless Netgear router.
Then, my attention fell to getting a friend's camera to work and I let it sit until it went into sleep mode and now it won't turn back on. The light on the back of the printer that is directly above where the power cord connects to the printer is green, so I assume that means it's getting power...
Since this is a new printer, I would hope that it's just me being unfamiliar with the interface and that it isn't already broken. Is there a special way to turn the printer back on when it goes into sleep/power save on or is the printer broken?
Thanks,
Any help will be appreciated.
(also, if this post is in the wrong forum, please let me know and I'll move it)

Sorry to hear your having trouble! Lets get that fixed for you. I linked in a support document that walks you through getting the printer to turn on when its being unresponsive. It also has a helpful video that gives you some instructions to get it working again as well.
The HP Product Won't Turn On or Respond
Hope that helps. Be sure to post back with your results so I can be sure we got your issue resolved.
Thanks!
