Hello Martatatatata,
When you get to the screen where it indicates your system doesn't meet requirements try holding down Crtl & Shift keys while you click next on the screen. Let me know if you are able to bypass this screen?

Whenever I reach the screen with information that my computer does not meet the criteria there is only options to cancel or retry available. And when I retry the same message pops out.

Hello Martatatatata,
I need to review the computer compontent to make sure they are within the specifications. Follow the instructions below to export the System information file, and then attach it to this post for my review.
System information file:
1. Type msinfo32 into run or search programs and files
2. Click File, and then export
3. Save file to your desktop with make of PC as the file name

Hello Martatatatata,
Have you tried a different USB cable?
How long is the cable you are using right know?
Do you have a Hub installed between the printer and computer?

No I have been always using the same USB cable and its about 1 meter long. There is no hub, its just the USB cable and the power cable for the printer. The priner is working without the installed software except it would not scan.

Hello Martatatatata,
Try installing the full feature software and driver using a new USB cable, and let me know what you find out?
