HP Photosmart Essential.msi is missing

I have seen a reply BUT I am not that sophisticated when it speaks of pse_350_enu, etc.  I do not even know what HP Photosmart Essential.msi is?

Chlywily has done the magic. This works.  I had to do a windows search to find where my pse_350_enu file ended up.  But once it was located, I right clicked and extracted as Chlywily directs.  It worked...Three hours wasted before his solution!

Hi Chilywily,

When clicking on this link on your article, it never gave me this Pse_350_enu. Its been a year, maybe they have changed the location of this file again. I am still looking HPPhotosmartEssential.msi file. I cannot believe how much time I have spent on fix this stupid printer.

If you can think of something please send me a note.
