HP Solution Centre Missing and cant reinstall

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system?

Missing Solution Center icon, parsing error and several other mischiefs on HP PhotoSmart printers often call for a total reinstall.  However unless you totally remove the old components, the new install will exhibit the same problem.  Here's the solution to creating a tabla rasa before reinstalling.

Uncompress the correct all-in-one software from either your saved download or from the CD.  Run the Uninstall.  Now comes the unpublisized step:

The uncompressed software modules are not readily evident so enter %temp% in the Start box; this will allow them to be displayed. 

Go to the modules starting with 7z (mine was 7zS5C5C) and locate util and in util find ccc and in ccc find Uninstall_L3.  This is the program that will scrub your system.

Now go on with reinstalling the entire printer package.  Good luck.

Solution centre will not open - printer (C5180 All in One) will not print black - only green and blue

Having trouble deleting hp solution centre and all of the printer associated parts.

HOW DO I GET THIS SERVICE BACK - EVEN REINSTALLING DOES NOT WORK! DIGITAL MONITORING ALSO WILL NOT REOPEN IT.
