Hands down, absolute worst product ever! I cannot stand this thing, nothing but problems since day one. You would think you could select file then print and it would print a document, but noooo, just one issue after another and an endless cacophony of **bleep** on the website to try to get a clue. Not to mention the fact that it's all-in-one and I haven't been able to scan anything since I own it. I will never, ever purchase an HP product again. I have this printer for a short time and it's going into the dumpster and I will purchase another Canon. Junk!
