HP deskjet F4280 cartridge issue.... and E for error on scan !

Hi,

 

I'm trying to solve this problem for my dads printer..he has the above and has used Cartridge world catridges once the origonal HP were used up....I got no where when i spoke to HP Tech people earlier once i was honest about this.

 

he has the printer 6-8 months and has 6-8 renewals from "CW" however I know the black and Colour as they have been tested ...they are full but the printer tells me that the colour is flashing empty !!! also, the 'start copy' has a E for error on it. I have tried installing his printer on my PC, but it still has the same issues.

 

Can anyone help..i also have a HP 7210 and use CW print cartridges and do nbot have any issues at all.

 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
