Well, let me see, I think I have had my new printer for about 2 months now and I have tried contacting HP every way I know of and can not get a responce as to how to get this dam thing to print. It won't let me connect with usb cable, it says it has to be wireless (which I do not have) if you don't have wireless connections, you can not make the printer work. I contacted Omni tech for support in this issue and they were able to make the printer print photos but not on paper. It will print from certian programs but unless you have those things you want to print in a special printable program, ther is no way in hell to make it print. I tried printing from a pdf file and it will want to print on photo paper, you can't change it to print on regular paper. I have never owned such a piece of **bleep** in my life, can't get help from HP, whether by phone or by email. Open for suggestions.

Hi glholden,
What printer do you have?
What operating system are you using?
Follow the steps in the document below to install the printer using a USB cable to the computer.
