HP6380 and email

I just bought a HP 6380 and have used the scanner part of it and found it quite easy to use (after having to reboot). I had the need to send a scanned document via email to someone and found that I could only do this through Windows email.  I would much prefer to use Yahoo.  Is there anyway to to add this function and ability?

the only email associated with the software of the hp printers is the microsot outlook. if you want to send the scanned files to your emai in yahoo then you have to open your yahoo mail and attach the scanned file.
