Have HP Officejet Pro model N911a - cannot print more than 2 pages at a time - dreaded "blue screen"

cannot print more than 2 pages at a time - then dreaded Blue Screen comes on - manually turn off computer to get it to restart

Had this printer 4 days - what a frustration - any help will be most appreciated
