Hi. My laptop runs Windows7 64 bit,My All-in-one is the HP c7280. I can' t find or reinstall printer (105 Views)

Since the succesful installation of an automatic critical patch for the communication with the HP printer, the printer disappeared from the list of printers. If I try to reinstall it, the installatio s/w simply stops running without any message.

May you please help?
