I have tried to download software so many times it filled my Hard drive up. when I install it it does not recognize my scanner does not even give me any way to use it .. I had to delete the hp stuff because it would not even uninstall. It had (internal error# 2738)

Hi there benita_m,
could you help the community by providing some more information for us? Knowing what operating system you are using will help out a lot. Bob_Headrick has a post here that could help out if you are not sure what to include.

The System is Window Vista Home .. Sorry thought I put that in .. Computer is a Laptop Acer Aspire 4720Z The printer has worked on this computer with all programs working good. I moved and didnt have my printer so I bought a nother cheap one and installed it. I got my good printer back and tried to use it and some of the software was missing. Any help you give me will help me will be much appriciated. thanks Benita
