Hp Director software

I have lost installation disk for HP Director, imaging, scanning, etc. HP PSC2355.  Can it be downloaded?  Where can I find it?

Maybe I'm just stupid, but all this did was reinstall the printer software.  The specific program HP DIRECTOR for downloading pictures, scanning, etc. is still missing.  Thanks anyway.

Did you download the full feature software?

The HP director is part of the installation. If you did a custom install make sure that you have HP director checked to be installed. You can run the setup again and chose install additional software.

Does HP plan to upgrade HP Director to use with Windows 7.

I have an Officejet 6210xi All-in-One. ( Yes, I know it's old, but it still works well, so why buy a new one?) I just bought a Windows 7 PC and hooked up the printer, and it prints just fine. But I would like to have HP Director but my CD is no good for Windows 7. When I go to the link you suggested and I fill in the product info, no software bundle is offered, just options for getting the driver from the OS (since it's already in the Windows 7 OS). I don't need the drivers, the printer is working. I'd like the HP Director for Windows 7. Does it exist? Thanks!

Hi Cloonan,

There is no full feature software and driver avaialble for the 6210xi printer. The HP Director is part of the Full Feature software package.

HP Director does not work with my hp scanjet 3970.  What to do?
