Can you elaborate more on what you are trying to do? If by copy you are asking how to create a copy on the printer then you would perform those functions on the printer itself.

 

Here is the user manual where it discusses how to make copies on the printer

HP Photosmart Plus B209 series

 

Section 8 is the section on creating copies.


If you are trying to print to your printer from your laptop then you would see the print section.

 

If you are receiving any error messages those would be helpful in identifying the problem you are having or if you are having set up issues. Information such as the operating system of your computer would help as well as well as if you are doing a wireless setup or a wired connection.
