I cannot print wirelessly from internet explorer officejet 4500

I can successful print test pages and from word.  So not everything prints.

Are you able to print with another browser such as Fire Fox or Google Chrome? Does anything print or does it provide an error?

I am unwilling to install additional browsers to test whether or not I can print.  The problem is the IE document queues and just sits there.  Never prints, never moves.  No errors.

I only suggested trying another browser so that we could isolate it to Internet Explorer or if anything printed off a web browser had the same problem. At this point you may want to try running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. You can find it at the link below. Let me know if it gives any errors or states everything is fine.
