The problem started some time back. After my printer would power down it would not power up. The on and off button would blink 

every now and than. I removed my printer and uninstalled the program. As far as the printer comming out of power down I think it is working now. It is to soon to tell wrightnow. But after reinstalling the program I found that I do not have HP Solution Center in my

programs anymore. Can someone Help me.
