I followed the instructions, made sure the cover was down, took the paper out and put it back in.....the on/off light is still blinking.......PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.  I have been without a printer for a week and this is a BRAND NEW PRINTER.  and yes, I installed it correctly using the CD enclosed in the box.
