There are hundreds of HP all-in-one printer models.  Which one do you have?  What is your operating system?  Do you have a 32 bit or 64 bit version?

Hi I keep getting a message " you have another  installation running , you need to let the other installation run first"  I can't find the file for the other one and it won't let the good one run.  anyone have information they can send me.  It's making me crazy

Please read this post.  What printer model? What operating system? Look at the top of this page, click on the "Support and Drivers" link.  Next enter your printer model, then select the operating system.  Download the appropriate driver and then run the install file.  Do not connect the printer until instructed to by the installer.
