Installation of M1522nf

I am having problem with the installation of Network M1522nf All in one printer when i use HP CD. When i install a printer without a CD it works fine. but i cannot use scanner without HP CD.

 

It is not able to search any printer at all i have 6 to 7 printers in the office even i have tried with MAC address, Name and IP.

 

I can ping IP and name that is fine.

 

It was working fine until couple of days ago. can someone help.

 

I have 2 computers with the similar problem but nearly about 20 computers are fine. helppppppp pleasee

The product you have is a commercial printer. I suggest posting in the HP Business Support forum for a better chance at finding a solution.
